This reference describes trigger events and payload contents for the Messaging account account_review_update webhook.

The account_review_update webhook notifies you when a WhatsApp account associated with your Messaging account has been reviewed against our policy guidelines. The notification is delivered on the Messaging account, and its entry.id is the Messaging account ID.

Triggers

WhatsApp triggers the account_review_update webhook when:

Your WhatsApp account is approved.
Your WhatsApp account is rejected.
A decision on your WhatsApp account approval has been deferred or is awaiting more information.
