Reporting API has now migrated to V2:

FB Login is needed to access Reporting API v2 and will feature aggregation.

Note: This is not a user facing change. This requirement focuses on the publisher logging in via Facebook Login to access Reporting API

If you are using the Reporting API through a 3rd party, they will need to use V2.
