We encourage you to set up your test environment on day one and immediately have your teams start working on catalog and order management integration in parallel. Setup up the production environment and work with your finance team on establishing the cash reconciliation process and with the customer service team on handling customer service requests.

Use our "Definition of Done" for each step to understand whether the step was completed.
