Access Blocked: Developer Account Status and Dispute Pages Loading Blank
9

Hi everyone, I'm looking for guidance on a technical access issue with my developer account that seems to be blocking all support and dispute channels.

The Issue: Since yesterday, I have been unable to access developer services. I receive the error:

'You cannot access this service. For more information refer to Meta’s Platform Terms of Service and Developer Policy.'

Crucially, when I try to follow the suggested link to resolve this:

https://developers.facebook.com/account_status/disputes/

the page loads completely blank.

I have also checked my Business Support Home, and there is no 'Request Review' button or any actionable steps visible. Anticipating common troubleshooting questions, here is what I have already verified...

  • Is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) active? Yes, 2FA is fully enabled and active on my account.
  • Have you tried different browsers? Yes, I have attempted to access the links via desktop on multiple browsers with the same 'blank page' result.
  • Is your Ad Account restricted? No, my ad account is active and healthy. This restriction is isolated to the developer platform.
  • Are you an Admin of a Business Manager? Yes
  • Did you recently submit an appeal? No, I cannot even reach the form to submit one.

Has anyone else encountered a situation where the dispute and status pages are inaccessible or blank? Is there a known workaround or a direct email/form for Developer Policy enforcements when the standard UI fails to load?

Thank you.

Same issue on my end. I've tried in different browsers on different devices, and still the same issue.

Hi all, same issues as well - Developer account restricted — developers.facebook.com shows "You cannot access this service" on all account-status pages with blank dispute page - WhatsApp Business API access token now fails with "Application has been deleted" (confirmed via /debug_token) - Zero notification email received — restriction happened silently - Zero policy violations logged anywhere in Business Manager (Data sources, WhatsApp accounts, Activity issues all clean — nothing available for review) - Business Portfolio's Apps list is now empty - Submitted two Direct Support tickets — both closed within the same minute by an automated "Meta AI Agent" response redirecting here, no human review either time

Our API access had been unused for roughly 5 weeks before this happened. Meta's own Platform Terms state unused APIs can be suspended after 28 days "without notice" that would explain both the silent restriction and the absence of any logged violation.

Has anyone else who hit this been inactive for a similar stretch beforehand?

I have a similar problem. My developer account was locked without a stated reason, probably by an automated process. The disputes page is not rendering in any browser.

Did anyone get a solution to this problem?

Having the same issue here and happened recently (26 July 2026). I've asked the Meta Business ai chat bot and all it's given me is that my Meta Developer account is restricted and facing a permanent ban. Have gotten my teammate to appeal but I haven't gotten any updates from support. Does anyone have any solutions to this?
