I am currently experiencing an issue with my WhatsApp Cloud API integrated number. Until yesterday, I was able to send carousel templates without any problems. However, today, I encountered the following error when attempting to send a carousel template:

Error Message: "(#100) Invalid parameter Carousel template messages require interactive template to be enabled."

I have checked the API settings and verified the parameters, but I have not been able to resolve the issue. Additionally, I have consulted with three different Meta accounts, and they are all experiencing the same error when trying to send carousel templates.

Could you please provide guidance on how to enable the interactive template feature or any other steps I should take to resolve this issue?

Same issue experiencing for our Whatsapp number since today. We receive quite negative feedback from our customers for our chatbot since we communicate to choose something and then carousel never appear.
