The API endpoint, specifically at https://graph.facebook.com/v16.0/me/accounts, is not functioning as anticipated. We are unable to retrieve all the pages using the provided OAuth token. We kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this issue
I am now having the same issue! We initially a while back downgraded back to version 16 to gain back the functionality to retrieve proper page from /accounts.

Yes, I think the Pages Graph API not working after the v18.0 release is a bug from Facebook API.
Despite the resolution of the outage, we continue to encounter difficulties in retrieving all pages. Specifically, we are unable to fetch the page with PageId 113243138346145, the associated userId is 3060507970730540. Please note that this user has been granted all necessary permissions.
