Automated FAQ is not syncing right on my Shopify Store Front after installing Messenger Live Chat Plug-In

Hello everybody,

I implemented the Facebook Messenger Live Chat Plug-In on my shopify store front. I implemented it by adding the provided code by Facebook in my theme.liquid of my Shopify Shop. The implementation itself works, but the automated questions (which pop up) and the language are wrong.

You can set up the automated questions in the FB Business Suite and sync it. Unfortunately it does not sync on my store front. I was in contact with the FB Business support and also Shopify, my theme developer and also Omega (who develop also a FB Plug In). They all forward me to Facebook and tell me it is a problem inside the implemented code or in the Business Suite. Can anybody help me? I would be deeply thankful.🙏🏻
