Developer Alert: Action required to keep using current permissions (We don't need any permissions).

We are getting this alert. But I'm not sure what to do about it. Our app requires no permissions we are just using the default "email" and "public_profile" permissions for authentication. See my request in the attached image. You'll see the button to create the request is disabled. But I have no additional permissions to add so I have no idea what facebook wants me to do here.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think if we dont need the extra permissions nothing going to happen because we don't have permissions to lose

I have the same problem. In my case an older version of the app use permissions i dont need anymore, but in the newer version i only use email and public_profile and because i dont use extra permissions i cant send the app to review... this is the paradox
