Hi - I spoke to Facebook Business Help Desk, and they recommended I reach out here.
Long story short, I have a business profile (nursing home) that has "Services & Products" and "Bios" tabs that aren't related to the company. The tabs are pulling information from a septic company.
Not sure who set this up or why I can't remove it.
When I go to the "Edit Tabs" section, I'm unable to remove or edit the "Service & Products" and "Bios" tabs because they are "a third-party app on your page."
Facebook support said this unfortunately was out of scope for them to fix. Hoping someone here could help!

Did you ever get an answer or figure out a work around? I don't have access to previous page admin and I definitely don't have knowledge of Graph API.

Apparently if you report the issue, Facebook's developers may be able to remove the tabs for you.

If I'm understanding your issue correctly, you have a custom page tab or page tab app set up.. There is a way to change them but it requires knowledge of Graph API and your own app: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages/tabs/.
If you don't have those things, you might want to try to contact previous page admin/ owners and see if they can uninstall the Page tabs and tab apps with whatever app set them up in the first place.
I have the same problem here. Problem is even more severe, as the respective App is not listed in my developers account, the previous developer company gone bust and there is no way to create any Access key as it gives an error - so even trying to use the Graph API does not work ... who can I reach out to get that fixed? I lteraly only need to get two tabs removes, but no chance to find any access to theos old "apps" anywhere (Business support was of no help either)
Anyone from the FB developer support team who could help?
This is the problem I'm having. There used to be a feature to add tabs developed by third parties. That feature has been replaced, and is no longer accessible and old third party apps haven't been transferred over. I suspect this is an oversight from Facebook, in moving to their new developer environment! It's rather frustrating.
Go to the Apps tab which is now hidden PAGENAME/settings?tab=apps you can remove from there.
