We submitted an App Review request 13 days ago for two permissions on our Instagram Business Login integration. The platform states reviews take up to 10 days — we're past that with no update, no rejection, no feedback.

Our submission includes: full screencast, functional test account, live privacy policy, and permission descriptions aligned with Meta's guidelines. Everything is in order on our end.

Has anyone else experienced this delay recently? Is there a way to escalate or get a status update directly from the review team?
