Cannot view submission or edit fields (locked). Support bot keeps misrouting to unrelated articles. I have seen similar reports here from other Colombian and SaaS developers stuck on the same use case.
Has anyone with Colombian documents experienced this delay and eventually got approved? How long did it take? Any escalation path that worked?
