I work on an FB app that publishes FB ads on behalf of various client pages. We do this consistently with our app through the FB API least a few times a week. I just received an email saying that our app's "pages_manage_ads" permission has "expired due to lack of use." Publishing ads still works in our app, so it doesn't seem like this permission is used for publishing ads for pages, at least not in the way we're using it. But I'm still nervous that something isn't right. Could someone clarify the purpose of this permission?
