Are there pages that have been added to the app by the user? Typically this is done during FB Login, which allows the user to select which pages to give the app access to.

Yes the page is added to the app, and the app is installed properly using a page token with proper permissions

The problem is that even my fb account doesn't come up when querying /accounts
