We're a company from Brazil and the Bussines Hub doesn't have any field that's left blank. The first failed return was at 2026-03-26 06:02:26 (UTC -3) followed by an email request to correct a problem in account config. The link sends to the Account Hub we're I checked all the info and even made a manual payment that went through without problems.

Same problem! Direct support (AI) doesn't resolve the issue or transfer the call. I managed to open a ticket through the payment manager, but there's a projected 13-hour wait time for a human agent to join the chat.

Guys, look for an email that Meta sent. That email will have a button to correct the problem and update the company information in the payment section.
Another possibility is to delete the payment method and add it again.

Did it work for anyone changing the payment method? Deleting and adding new cards? Tried some times and did not solve.

Added a valid payment method Verified that there are no outstanding dues Confirmed that the business account is verified Ensured that message templates are approved

I think i got a temporary solution.
In the business information section you have to change the country to United States of America and add a US Adress.
The templates started working for me after this.


I was not able to do that, because the payment method is already defined, so the field is disabled.

Unfortunately, once the company has been verified, it is no longer possible to change the address information.

I believe the problem lies in not being able to change the currency and country, as it requires providing the company's CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), but this cannot be done even after adding a new payment method.

In conversation with a partner BSP, they received feedback from Meta that the expected normalization is starting at 11 PM. This information was not received directly from Meta, but from a partner company; I cannot confirm that the information is correct.

A big company like meta should have a better human support, this ai solves nothing and its incredbly hard to contact a human support agent, if anyone has any responses from the support we are willing to communicate and understand, we made a successfull manual payment, and it was successfull, but when trying to send a message via their graph api, it says business payment has some errors...

They informed me that there is a massive outage that is being addressed.
They asked me to open an individual ticket for each account that is experiencing the outage so that it can be analyzed and answered individually.

Same issue ... but in my case it returns "message_status":"accepted" when sending templates, but they aren't being delivred .... all account were affected.


The same problem here... for us it shows that a payment method has not been defined.

We hasnt any issue with payment, but looks like it back to work, a bit strange cuz some template still not being deliverd.

Meta should remove this status page ... they only show the issue after it get fixed ... lol.

The same thing is happening here; it seems to have affected Brazil and some accounts, apparently.
It only sends the templates to users who are within the 24-hour window; after that window, they don't receive them.
Their Status page is useless :-(

MetaAI at the business support page claims that everything in my account is ok, informations are all filled up correctly and no debts but I'm still getting this persistent error.

I'm in the same situation and they're simply not resolving anything; I try to contact them and only receive an automated message. It's getting complicated because it seems to be something in the API system; this error started out of nowhere today, and when I access the dashboard, everything is correct. I need urgent help because I've already tried everything and the dashboard doesn't show any errors, only when a message is sent via the WhatsApp API.
