Hi,
We are receiving the following error in our webhook when users respond by clicking a button:
[code] => 131000 [title] => Something went wrong [message] => Something went wrong [details] => Unsupported webhook payload
This appears to be happening specifically with button response webhooks.
Is this a known issue or a bug on Meta’s side? Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

Having the same issue for the past 2 days. This is driving me mad. So we've 3 interactive buttons. I noticed that clicking on any button first returns this error. But clicking on a second button works. Tried multiple browsers, same behaviour. This is only happening in Web version, btw. Desktop and mobile are working fine.
Please keep this post updated if you find any solution. I'll do the same.

As of 24/7/2026 we noticed this issue has been resolved. We're no longer experiencing this issue.
Is this fixed for you? We are experiencing the same issue. Only for Web clients. Works fine for mobile and native desktop.
Still having the same issue here. And yet Meta is going to charge on per-message basis now. 😢
