I'm at my wits end with FB and their lack of communication. My business manager was marked as "Account Restricted" yesterday with no reason given why, just a choice to appeal the decision. How can I appeal something when I don't even know the reason why they did it! Also this has caused all our ads, pixels, customer ads, to all be stopped. I gotot FB chat support and all they give is some crappy canned answer that I should just wait... How about FB tell you why your account was restricted when they actually do it. I shouldn't have to wait DAYS for a reason! We don't do anything shady or misleading with our business managers, so I truly am unsure of why they have it restricted.
Has anyone had this happen to them , are there any tips they can give me to get this resolved.
