I submitted Tech Provider Access Verification on April 16, 2026 for my app. As of today, May 6, 2026, the status remains "In review" about 14 business days total, well past the posted 5 business day SLA.

Opened a Meta Business Support case. The tier-1 agent suggested removing and re-adding the Business Verification linkage on the App Dashboard to "trigger a re-evaluation," but could not confirm whether that action would preserve my queue position or cancel the in-progress submission. They were transparent that they had exhausted their available tools.
Tried to file a bug report. When I selected the exact relevant product (Developer Tools > App Dashboard > Access Verification (Tech Providers)), the system stated this product is not supported via the bug channel and directed me here to the Developer Community Forum.
My questions:
Has anyone else had a Tech Provider Access Verification sit in review past the SLA with no information requests? What ultimately resolved it?
Is the remove and re-add Business Verification suggestion the recommended path, and does it preserve queue position or reset it?
Is there a documented way to determine whether a submission is actively being reviewed vs. sitting unprocessed in a queue?
Any guidance from the community or Meta team would be appreciated
