Anyone knows how to solve this error? 401 Invalid OAuth access token - Cannot parse access token;

I want to automate the posts on Instagram and Facebook. I make the user token with all the permissions and it doesn't work. 400 when validate the token 401 when I consult the Instagram account 401 when I consult the Facebook account
