Business verification not done despite submitting all Gov Documents

Dear Team, I have a UK LTD company. I have submitted allcompany documents still my business verification is not completed and getting rejected. Not sure what I need to do next and what;s the reason. Because of this I am not able to use the app and integrate Meta platforms on my platform.

Please help

Facing the same issue (Greek company). No one to talk to, Direct Support is not working as AI closes tickets immediately. Absolutely horrendous feeling. How did we ever get here?! Very sad...

Got an update for all of you: I managed to fix the issue indirectly. Make sure you create an Ad account for the organisation, then add a payment card to that Ad account.

Then follow these steps:

  1. Instead of starting in Security Center, go to "Authorisations and verifications" section (a few options down in the left menu).
  2. The first option that shows up is "Verify yourself or an organisation", click on "View details".
  3. Take a very clear and good picture of your passport, then start verifying your own identity.
  4. Next, verify your business details. It would help if you are one of the share holders and your name appear in the public registry / Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number details.

Wait an hour or so, and you should be verified.

After that, return to Security Center and restart the business verification. Now, you will be presented with the option to reuse an existing business verification (which you did above) to fast-track the verification in Security Center. The effect is immediate.

I did everything you said, however i verified my personal and business un der the tab "ad accounts" on "Verify yourself or an organisation" and not under "business portofolio"(there still is "in review"(which has been for 3+weeks w/ no response).

Do I need to verify the organization under tab "business portofolio" on https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/authorizations_verifications? also, on "security center" there is no option for me to "restart" de verification process
