human_agent tag - we signed a contract, but the feature was not enabled

Hi there. We signed a contract to enter the beta testing programe to have human_agent tag available. It was in March. No response since then. Now we have December and the only workaround (one-time notifications) is suddenly being deprecated. What is the correct channel to move this further?
Has anyone succeeded in obtaining the access to human_agent tag?

Hi David, we had human agent, but then it suddenly was disabled. If you have any luck figuring out who to contact I would appreciate knowing the steps.
