We are a WhatsApp Tech Provider (HookFlow AI). A client is trying to register their phone number (+54 911 2397 5381) via Embedded Signup on our platform, but the process fails with the following error:
"This business already shares this WhatsApp Business account with a partner. In this process, you can't switch partners without disconnecting, so you'll need to disconnect the current partner in the WhatsApp Business app and come back here to connect a new partner." Error code: #2655093

The problem:
The phone number was previously connected via coexistence mode on another platform (ManyChat or similar BSP) There is no option to disconnect the previous partner in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone The previous BSP is no longer active on this number, but Meta still has it linked We cannot complete the Embedded Signup flow because of this stale coexistence link What we need: Meta to manually release/unlink this phone number from the previous coexistence partner so it can be registered on our WABA.
We have already tried:
Disconnecting from the WhatsApp Business app (option does not appear) Contacting the previous BSP Filing a bug report (form does not allow submission) Direct Support portal (WABA is on a different Business Manager) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i read docs on this! If your business customer worked with a partner in the past, they might still share the same credit line w previous partners. see:
