My business verification has been in "In Review" for over 30 days. First submission was cancelled by the system, second submission has had zero response. I have opened TWO support tickets (Case #26359631277040504) and both were auto-responded by AI with irrelevant information about messaging limits and certificates, then closed without any human review or escalation. All documents match our Chilean tax authority (SII) records exactly. This is blocking our ability to register WhatsApp numbers and is halting our business operations. Requesting manual escalation to the Business Verification team.
