Hi all, Our company's Business Portfolio was restricted on July 18, 2026 for violating the Advertising Standards on account integrity — specifically automation that "mimics human activity." We can no longer create ads or use/share audiences. Our appeal was denied on July 19 with no further explanation. We use Meta's APIs for a live customer-service chatbot and audience management, both already in production. We were also testing an ad-creation feature via the Marketing API, but it's not in production and hasn't been used yet, so it shouldn't be the cause. Since the appeal gave no detail, we can't tell what triggered this or how to fix it. Could someone point us to a way to get a specific review of this case, or clarify what usage patterns count as a violation? Happy to share the Business Portfolio/App ID privately if needed. Thanks!
