Every time I attempt to add or register my phone number for WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp Business API, the account is instantly disabled with the following error message:

"Account disabled: This account has been disabled because it does not comply with WhatsApp Business's Commerce Policy. You can request a review if you believe that this is incorrect."
