I am trying to send messages with the WhatsApp Business API. My API calls are receiving a successful 'accepted' status with a message ID (e.g., wamid.HBgMOTE4NDgxMDQ1MzA2FQIAERgSOTM4NEU0NkM0NTRDNDk0OUUwAA==), but the messages are never delivered to the end user. My phone number is new and my template auth_otp has a status of 'Active - Quality pending'. I believe my account is blocked from delivering messages. Please help.

If you check the WhatsApp Account Status in WABA Manager, is it Approved?
Also, if you create another message template with teh category Marketing (instead of Authetication) is it delivered?
Finally, if you check teh webhook response for the message, do you see any error there?
