Hi Meta Support,

I am unable to access my Meta for Developers account.

When I visit developers.facebook.com, I receive the following message:

“Account confirmation needed — We’ve noticed unusual activity on this developer account. Please complete the confirmation steps to regain access.”

I click “Confirm Account”, after which I am taken to the OTP verification step. However, the OTP is not being delivered. I have tried requesting the OTP multiple times, but I am still unable to receive the verification code and therefore cannot complete the account confirmation process.

Important: This issue is specific to my Meta for Developers account. I can successfully:

Log in to my normal Facebook account Access Meta Business Manager Access my associated business assets

The issue is specifically with completing the Developer account confirmation flow on developers.facebook.com.
