This was the second time in my 2nd account Amit Anand ID: 160612846140833. My 1st account Ravi Anand ID: 171472487, also had the same issue, when I paid through GPay, the Transaction was successful but the amount was not reflecting the ads manager account. The payment was deducted from my bank account but the amount was not reflecting in Facebook ads manager account. I also attach a screenshot of the transaction through UPI (PhonePe).
