I seem to have issues changing the profile picture in the WhatsApp manager in the Meta business account.

I've recently completed the set up of the API and it works fine, and the number is sending template messages in WhatsApp. I wanted to change the profile picture in the WhatsApp manager, I've successfully changed the business info and added a website link, but it gives me an error when I try to save the changes after I upload a file with the picture and it even shows me a preview. What am I missing here? are there special requests for the profile picture regarding file type, size, dimentions? Thank you!
