Additional API method: friends.getAppUsers

At your request, a new convenience method, friends.getAppUsers is now available. This helps ease the computation on the developer side, and indicates which data is available from different Facebook users. The php5 client has been updated as well. We're working on adding even more. Thanks very much for the feedback, and be sure to check often for more updates.
