Facebook and Parse will be crossing continents and timezones this month at a wide variety of events. We look forward to meeting you there!

Mobile App Europe – October 1, 2014 – Berlin/Potsdam, Germany

Julien Lesaicherre, Head of Mobile Platform Partnerships for EMEA at Facebook, will be delivering a keynote focused on helping developers to build apps with the Facebook platform.

Pubcon – October 7, 2014 – Las Vegas, NV

Mark Trefgarne, product management director at LiveRail, will discuss the challenges faced by publishers, developers and marketers in mobile as well as future opportunities for the platform.

Join Facebook and Parse for one of the largest student hackathons on the West Coast. Parse engineers Thomas Bouldin and Mattieu Gamache-Asselin will be on hand throughout the weekend to answer questions and help with your hack.

HackMIT – October 4-5, 2014 – Cambridge, MA

Facebook and Parse will be at HackMIT at the Massachussetts Institute of Technology. Don't miss the API workshop by Christine Yen on Saturday the 4th, and your chance to win the Best Use of Parse prize.

IndieCade – October 9-12, 2014 – Culver City, CA

Facebook Games team is heading down south for IndieCade 2014, a festival of independent video games hosted in Culver City. This weekend outdoor fair includes a Night Games walk where as-yet-unreleased video games are showcased. Facebook will be proudly hosting indie Facebook game developers Strange Loop Games and Tumblestone as well as indie Oculus Rift developers Uridis and Ko-op Mode during Night Games.

HackTX – October 18-19, 2014 – Austin, TX

Parse is going down south for HackTX at the University of Texas-Austin. Our own Fosco Marotto will be giving an API workshop on Saturday the 18th, and our UI engineer Andrew Imm will also be on deck to troubleshoot any road bumps you may come across as you're hacking.
