Platform Updates: Operation Developer Love

Since last Wednesday's update, we launched A New Design for News Feed, an Update to Timeline to help people express what's important, New Actions for Books, Movies, TV and Fitness, and announced Facebook Mobile Developer Conference 2013.

April 2013 breaking changes

As announced in January, the following changes can be enabled/disabled using the "April 2013 Breaking Changes" migration until April 3rd when they will go into effect permanently for everyone:

Removing ability to POST to USER_ID/questions
As it's no longer possible for users to create questions, we will remove this functionality from the Graph API. POSTs to USER_ID/questions will fail.

• Feed posts on mobile apps do not show picture if source is specified

• The link to the app in FB post on timeline is shortened and not correct
• '/tabs' connection doesn't work for business pages that have no personal profile associated as administrator

• Multiple Posts being combined to where we cannot promote them individually as Ads
• Video not playing in iframe
• Typing mistake
• Graph Api Explorer shows corrupt data for unicode characters
• Insights returning puma error
