BugsGraph API Page Insights Since & Until No Longer Working

Batched Page insights are receiving "500 Internal Server Error" was marked as a duplicate of this bug.

This api request with since and until is no longer working since the timezone support was introduced. We tried using iso-8601 formatted strings and it doesn't work too.
Plus it is not even 7th August in the world yet. It is 6th August as of now, yet the graph insights are showing 7th August data.
It will only work if we leave out the Since and Until value or we use a shorter range which i tested and the shortest range we could use was 2 days.
