if you havent defined a namespace in your app settings, the app request url just does not contain the request_id parameter.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. send an app request to a friend.
2. click on the notifications button to view the request.
3. click on the request
4. be redirected to the canvas page without request_ids if you havent defined a namespace in your app settings.

Expected Behavior:

I expect the link to be:
http://apps.facebook.com/[appId]/?fb_source=notification&request_ids=%5BrequestId%5D&ref=notif&app_request_type=user_to_user&notif_t=app_request

Actual Behavior:

But the actual link is:

http://apps.facebook.com/[appId]

So no request_ids parameter
