We need more information to reproduce this issue. Could you please provide more detailed repro steps that will allow us to replicate the problem.
I've scanned all references to those campaign IDs in Sunday's logs and can only find two operations, both of which were creating a new ad in one of the two campaigns and an unpause of the campaign at the same time - please let us know how and when you paused the campaign, and the response to your call, thanks

Could you please provide the access token and account of the ad campaigns you were unable to pause, as well as the campaigns affected?
The repro steps you added include two IDs, presumably for ad accounts, but i can't access them without the account and access token info

When pausing campaigns we are noticing a while later that the some campaigns are bouncing back to active. On the back-end we are seeing the pause requests returned as successful (200 OK) when they are clearly not. Also, within the Facebook interface we can see the campaigns become paused but after 10 minutes or so they bounce to active.
