We need more information to reproduce this issue. Could you please provide more detailed repro steps that will allow us to replicate the problem.
I've scanned all references to those campaign IDs in Sunday's logs and can only find two operations, both of which were creating a new ad in one of the two campaigns and an unpause of the campaign at the same time - please let us know how and when you paused the campaign, and the response to your call, thanks
