When sharing an article or publishing an action to FB for a URL that has double-byte characters ( eg : http://hk.news.yahoo.com/金正日突過勞死-幼子接班-062016359.html ) , FB seems to be further encoding/modifying the URL when it shows up on mobile web and on the FB app : http://m.facebook.com/
This resolves in a 404.
