We are continuing to work on this bug with top priority. If you could pelase provide the following information is would help:
1. How frequently are you seeing this error?
2. Is this limited to select ad accounts or equally across all ad accounts?
3. Is this affecting all Ad groups, ad campaign and ad creatives types equally?

Thanks for the report Karthikeyan. It seems like this is on POST requests only yes?

am using batch request to create Ads [all campaigns and ad groups with target]. its working fine. but today i am getting one strange issue. when I send request to create ad groups, it returns “Error code : 399” and there is no value for “data”.
Normally, if any exception occurred, I can get the description for the exception in “data”.
Also, this issue does not occurred all the time, I have tried same request various time, sometimes it gives proper result [I mean, it create the ad group], sometime it return the error code.
So am sure, there is no issue in my input request.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create 2 campaigns in this account
2. update the created campaign's id in the below url and run the rul
