Summary is not visible on Auth Page and Summary is not displayed on Auth Dialog were marked as duplicates of this bug.

Auth Dialog "Summary" & "Explanation for Permissions" are saved, but can't display them.

Steps to Reproduce:

Fill "Summary" & "Explanation for Permissions" , save, try to preview, nothing displayed, try in real context, nothing displayed too.

Expected Behavior:

display filled inputs

Actual Behavior:

Nothing displayed when inputs filled.
