Thanks for the report. We are looking into this.

Status changed to Assigned

We are no longer receiving emails when a user disputes a credits purchase in our application.

The last one we received was May 8, 2012.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make a purchase in JackpotJoy Slots
2. Dispute a purchase in the game.

An email will not be received at support@iwi-support.com

Expected Behavior:

A properly formatted email to arrive at the specified address.

Actual Behavior:

An email does not arrive.
