I am an Administrator for our "Family Feud - QA" app. When I visit the Developers > Apps > Roles page, it is empty. This is blocking testing of our product and is a showstopper for us.

| Actual Behavior: | The page is empty. Attempts to view contents of page to check for errors failed in Charles (HTTPS enabled, can't get data from SSL page), and in Firebug (page data never loads). |
