BugsFB App Privacy Policy URL Not Being Accepted

I received an e-mail for several of my Facebook Applications that says that we are missing a privacy policy.
I have checked the app control panel for each of the apps emitting these notifications, and we do have a valid URL that returns a Status 200 and contains the prerequisite privacy policy verbiage.
Additionally, I've confirmed that this privacy policy is displayed when the Facebook Permissions Dialogue appears to the user and that all URLs work.
Finally, I confirmed that we link to the privacy policy from every page on our site with the exception of the splash dialogue.
1) Are these notices in error? Is there any way to stop them?
2) Is there any way to "fix" the URL we use as the privacy policy so that FB will recognize the page and stop emitting the notices?
