Downgrading to mid-pri since there is a temporary workaround. After creating a new application, re-enter the namespace of your choosing and click save. After 15 minutes your namespace should work as expected.

There does seem to be an issue where namespace does not save on app creation. We're looking into a fix.
As a workaround, you should be able to go into the Basic Settings sections, re-enter your namespace and save it without error. Note that app namespace may take several minutes to fully propagate.

Page not found while accessing app on FB was marked as a duplicate of this bug.
It appears that namespaces for newly created apps are failing to be correctly registered. You are neither able to navigate to the app via namespace or query the graph to retrieve the namespace of the app
| Steps to Reproduce: | 1) Navigate to the developer app and hit the 'create app' button. 2) Provide an app name and namespace. 3) Check yes for hosting services *Note this is not required to repro this bug, but is done for expediency* 4) After app creation is complete, navigate to https://apps.facebook.com/NAMESPACE (this should be the namespace you created above). |
