Like button comment dialog position. and Like Button fly out is getting clipped when placed in an app were marked as duplicates of this bug.
If Like button is near of the right edge of the page tab, like comment box is hidden under the right edge. There is scrolling in the bottom of the page, but it is not visible until you scroll down the page.
