The login workflow is broken when requesting an access token on the Graph API Explorer.
| Steps to Reproduce: | 1. Log out of Facebook. 2. http://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/ 3. Click "Get Access Token" 4. Dialog: "Not Logged In / Please log in to continue." 5. Click "Log In" |
