Using graph API or FQL query, we can get the event's start_time, end_time and timezone. Currently, the start_time/end_time are associated with the creator's timezone while the timezone field is associated with the event's location timezone.

As a result, it is not possible for us to calculate the actual time of the event's start_time and end_time because we don't have the creator's timezone data.
