A fix was pushed today that resolves this. If you don't see the change now, it will be there in a few hours.

I have receibed an application request to become administrator of an app. The request appears but when I click on "confirm" button a warning message appears: There is no pending application request
| Steps to Reproduce: | 1. I add a new administrator of Crowdslides app. 2. He access to his developer facebook dashboard and the notification about the request appears 3. He access to that request and click in "Confirm" button 4. A warning message is shown: There is no pending application request |
