not getting any information supplied with our app reports was marked as a duplicate of this bug.
Support emails sent through Facebook "Report/Contact" link using "I want to send my own message" does not include email address or Additional Details input by users - only user ID, UserAgent details, and attachments are included.
| Steps to Reproduce: | Click on Report/Contact this App link. Select "I want to send my own message to the developer" Add an email address and message. Click Send. When support email is received at the designated address, it does not include email address or message. |
